Karen Mitchell

Karen is the Senior Finance Manager at Ashoka UK & Ireland and Ashoka Netherlands, responsible for overseeing all financial, project/program and grants accounting in both offices. Karen has worked in the arts and cultural sector for the last 20 years in Senior Finance, Operations and Project Management roles in non-profit, charity, community benefit and business settings. Karen champions new entrepreneurial models, multi-stakeholder engagement and new systems for robust organisational development. Karen undertook a PDip in Arts and Cultural Management at Sussex University with a focus on change management and is currently working towards being an AAT professional member.
